Dragon Warrior Reborn II

Please don't distribute DWR 1 or 2 on your website or leech the file from mine. I've worked very hard to create these games and I offer it freely to be played.
As a reminder there are 5 characters in this game including the Hero, and you can only have 4 characters total. Once someone has joined your party they can never leave it, so please chose your characters wisely. The character stats are at the bottom of this page.
With all updates please download a new copy. The updates are listed below with the date that it was updated. No saved game will ever be lost after downloading a new copy over the existing copy that you have. I have played the entire game and I have tested it, but if you find any glitches please let me know at nakhash@dragonwarriorreborn.com

I made an update to the world of Alefgard so if you were to sail to the edge of the world you wouldn't see any grass. It was a minor bug that I overlooked.

I added a window mode to DWR 2, and it can be changed in DWRConfig.exe. I've been asked in the past for a window version of the game so here it is. Also the regular Fullscreen mode can still be played, it all depends on how you configure the game.

Updated DWR 2 to fix another big bug. The merchant now learns spells at regular levels. Please download a new copy to fix this issue.

Updated DWR 2 to fix probably the biggest bug so far. There was some issues with a few of the Herbs not working as well as some characters could not join your team. Please download a new copy to fix that issue.
04/27/07
Updated DWR 2 to fix an invisible moving wall bug. The bug was caused by having the Ranger join your party, and having DWR 2 still move him around randomly. Now when a character has disappeared he will stop moving around. This glitch seemed to only affect the Saeronic cave.
04/21/07
Updated DWR 2 to fix a Return Spell Glitch, that would send the main character to the DWR 1 world. So if you have downloaded DWR 2 before 4/21/07 then please download the updated version. You will not lose any saved information, if you replace the old copy with this one.
04/17/07
I made probably the last update to DWR 2, so that the title screen is different. All prior saves for DWR 2 will always work with any update.

Spells: Necro Magic - Offensive spells, and Effect spells (Petrify).
Other: Lichs abide by undead powers and restrictions. They can not be brought back to life by items or the priest, but they do auto revive after a certain number of steps have been taken. There Magic Defense is very high so most magic won't hurt them much, but because of lack of good armor and a -1 HP they will die easier to normal weapon attacks. Healing spells hurt them instead of healing them, yet all Effect spells (Stun, Confusion) do not affect them, as well as instant death spells.
